What is the processing time for my order?
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped, along with a tracking number to monitor its progress.
Where are your products shipped from?
- Signature Luxe Collection: Shipped from our warehouse in Louisville, KY.
- Artisan Series: Shipped directly from our artisan partners in Italy.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your package here.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we offer international shipping to these countries: Australia, Canada, China, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom. Shipping rates and delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping option selected.

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Please note that a 10% restocking fee applies to orders shipped for free to cover the original shipping cost. We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item, please initiate a return for the original product and place a new order for the desired item.
Yes, customers are responsible for the shipping cost of returning items. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Yes, all of our bags are handmade with the finest materials. We currently offer bags crafted from Raffia, EPUL, and vegetable-tanned Italian leather, each made with meticulous craftsmanship and attention to detail to ensure the highest quality.
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover, as well as other payment methods available during checkout.
Yes, we offer free shipping on orders from $350. Shipping rates for other orders are calculated at checkout based on the destination.
To keep your leather bag looking its best:
- Avoid exposing it to water or direct sunlight for extended periods.
- Use a soft cloth to gently clean the surface.
- Store it in a cool, dry place, ideally in a dust bag, to protect it from scratches.
For orders shipped within Kentucky, taxes will be applied at checkout. Customers in other states or countries are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional charges that may apply after the product is shipped.
