Track your order
We send out tracking # via email when order is shipped. You can use the number to track your package. If you have an account with us, you can check the status of your order at any time, by simply logging into your account as well.
Change or cancel your order

Why do I get an error message when I enter my shipping and billing addresses?
If you are receiving an error message, there may be a problem with your credit card information, billing, or shipping address. The billing address must match exactly what your bank has on file. Please review all information closely and look for any typos. Also, try re-formatting the names and addresses in your billing information (this often solves the issue).
I can't process my order. What should I do?

Do I pay sales tax?
Customers outside of Kentucky do not have to pay sales tax. Since our company is based in and operates in Kentucky, we pay tax for sales generated in KY. Customers from Kentucky will be charged 6% of the retail price as stated in KY Sales Tax Guides.
