LIMITED 1 YEAR WARRANTY POLICY AND GUIDELINES

We stand by the quality and durability of every bag we make, that is a guarantee you can stand by.

Our bags are made to last over extended periods of use, but inevitably everything does eventually wear out. So, when your bag wears out as all things do, you’ll know you’ve gotten the most out of your money and your experience. Flashy bags covered by this warranty are warranted to the original owner against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a year, except for certain exclusions identified below.

This warranty applies to all Flashy bags branded bags. Please carefully review the exclusions to confirm whether your product is covered. If your product covered by this warranty fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair it without charge, or replace it, at our discretion. Only unaltered and unmodified items and original workmanship are covered. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use. Liquids spilled inside bags causing deterioration to fabric and/or materials will not be covered. Damage not covered under warranty may be repaired for a reasonable rate and a fee will be charged for return shipping.
