We stand by the quality and durability of every bag we make, that is a guarantee you can stand by. Our bags are made to last over extended periods of use, but inevitably everything does eventually wear out. So, when your bag wears out as all things do, you’ll know you’ve gotten the most out of your money and your experience. Flashy bags covered by this warranty are warranted to the original owner against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a year, except for certain exclusions identified below.
This warranty applies to all Flashy bags branded bags. Please carefully review the exclusions to confirm whether your product is covered. If your product covered by this warranty fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair it without charge, or replace it, at our discretion. Only unaltered and unmodified items and original workmanship are covered. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use. Liquids spilled inside bags causing deterioration to fabric and/or materials will not be covered. Damage not covered under warranty may be repaired for a reasonable rate and a fee will be charged for return shipping.
We accept Paypal, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We do not accept personal checks, money orders or direct bank transfers.
Track your order
We send out tracking # via email when order is shipped. You can use the number to track your package. If you have an account with us, you can check the status of your order at any time, by simply logging into your account as well.

Why do I get an error message when I enter my shipping and billing addresses?

Do I pay sales tax?
Customers outside of Kentucky do not have to pay sales tax. Since our company is based in and operates in Kentucky, we pay tax for sales generated in KY. Customers from Kentucky will be charged 6% of the retail price as stated in KY Sales Tax Guides.

- General Subject to stock availability
We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time to time, there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at the time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the back-ordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.
- Shipping Costs
We offer free standard shipping worldwide for all orders over $250. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated based on order weight and displayed at checkout. If there is any tax or duties applicable, that would be paid by the receiver (customer).

Flashy Bags Store delivers to more than 170 countries around the world. Your shipping method will automatically be selected best for your delivery location based on the regular or express (optional) delivery. The average time of transit is between 3 to 20 days depending on the location of delivery.

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
