2. Restocking FeeÂ

- A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all orders that were shipped for free. This fee covers the original shipping cost, and no additional shipping fees will be deducted from your refund—only the restocking fee.
3. Non-Refundable Items

- Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

- Sale Items and Gift Cards: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
4. How to Start a Return

- To start a return, please contact us at support@flashybags.com or log in to your customer account on our website. Once your return request is accepted, we will provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

- You must provide the product(s) with your order number for a refund of the purchase amount.
5. Return Shipping Costs

- Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of returning the items. Flashy Bags is not liable for return shipping fees if you choose to send products back.

8. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired product.
