2. Shipping Policy
- Shipping Locations: We ship our bags from two locations—Signature Luxe Collection bags ship from our warehouse in Louisville, KY, and Artisan Series bags are shipped directly from our partners in Italy.
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2-3 business days, excluding holidays.
- Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders over $350.

3. Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return your item, you can do so within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Eligibility: Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Please include your receipt or proof of purchase.
- Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee will apply to orders that were shipped for free.
- Non-Returnable Items: Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use our Track My Order page to easily check the status of your shipment at any time.
5. Order Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel your order. Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement. Please contact us at support@flashybags.com as soon as possible if you wish to cancel.
After the 12-hour window, orders may already be in processing and cannot be canceled. We appreciate your understanding.
6. Custom Duties and Taxes
- Domestic Orders: For orders shipped within Kentucky, applicable sales taxes will be applied at checkout.
- International Orders: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or other charges that may apply after the product is shipped.
